Refund and cancellation policy

Introduction:

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which HRS Inter College offers refunds and cancellations for its services.

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds may be offered in certain circumstances, such as:
      • Course cancellation by HRS Inter College.
      • Significant changes to the course curriculum or delivery method.
      • Enrollment errors made by HRS Inter College.
    • We reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion.
  • Cancellation Requests:
    • To request a cancellation, please contact us at hargovind.ramgopal.ssvm@gmail.com within 7 days of enrollment.
    • We will process your request and notify you of our decision within 15 business days.
    • If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full or partial refund according to the following schedule:
      • Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund.
      • Cancellation after 7 days of enrollment: No refund.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for enrollment.
    • It may take 7 – 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
